Many of these locations provide amenities and a variety of activities to accommodate both families and seniors. The Bruce Trail

The Bruce Trail, Canada's oldest and longest footpath, provides the only continuous public access to the magnificent Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.  It is one of only fifteen such reserves in all of Canada.

 

 

Fishermans' Cove Tent and Trailer Park

Fisherman's Cove Tent and Trailer Park has 250 acres with approximately 450 sites in the R.V.Park. On June 12, 1995, the McArthur Family expanded a section of the property which was known as Fisherman's Cove Resort. The family has a different approach to developing. They don't just promise facilities in the future - they provide them first, so you can have immediate use of the Recreational Facilities.

For most of Algonquin's history is about scattered family groups of aboriginal peoples who came to fish, hunt and pick berries. It was not until the 1800s that big changes came to the rugged Algonquin highlands.

Regional Park Dufresne
Regional Park Dufresne is situated in the Laurentians located 2 hours from Ottawa, OntarioCanada and consists of 500 hectares of nature. Val-David is one of the prettiest villages in the Laurentians. Activities include mountain climbing, skiing, and nature trails.  It is also a paradise for Quebec outdoors enthusiasts in general, one of the oldest and best known rock-climbing sites in Canada and a creative environment for numerous artists and craftspersons.
